All customers are responsible for ensuring that any products purchased are legal to own, possess, carry, and use under all applicable federal, state, and local laws. By placing an order, you certify that you are legally eligible to purchase and possess the products ordered.

Alpine Armory sells defensive equipment, including ballistic protection products and non-lethal weapons, intended for lawful purposes only. Products must be used responsibly, safely, and in accordance with all applicable laws and manufacturer instructions.

Alpine Armory shall not be liable for any injury, death, loss, damage, or other consequences arising from the misuse, unlawful use, improper handling, modification, or use of any product sold. By purchasing and using our products, you assume all risks associated with their ownership and use.

All products are provided "as is" except to the extent required by applicable law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alpine Armory disclaims all warranties and limits its liability for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Alpine Armory reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

Alpine Armory does not sell Firearms. If Firearms are ever sold through Alpine Armory, non-face-to-face sales ship only to a licensed FFL holder.
