Warranty Policy
Effective Date: July 21, 2026
Alpine Armory stands behind the quality of its products and warrants that they will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for ninety (90) days from the date of the original purchase, unless otherwise stated.
What This Warranty Covers
This Limited Warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship that occur during normal, intended use of the product.
At Alpine Armory's sole discretion, we will repair, replace, or refund the purchase price of any product determined to be defective and covered under this warranty.
What This Warranty Does Not Cover
This warranty does not cover damage or failure resulting from:
- Normal wear and tear.
- Misuse, abuse, negligence, or improper storage.
- Unauthorized modifications, repairs, or alterations.
- Accidents, impacts, drops, or intentional damage.
- Improper maintenance or failure to follow product instructions.
- Cosmetic damage that does not affect product performance.
- Damage caused by fire, flood, extreme temperatures, chemicals, or other environmental conditions.
Ballistic Protection Products
Protective equipment is intended to reduce risk—not eliminate it. No protective product can guarantee complete protection against all threats, injuries, or circumstances.
Ballistic armor, ballistic shields, and other protective equipment are designed to help reduce the risk of injury but cannot guarantee protection from all threats or prevent injury or death.
Any ballistic protection product that has been struck by a projectile, subjected to impact, dropped, improperly stored, modified, abused, or otherwise compromised is not covered under this warranty and should be removed from service immediately.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alpine Armory shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to personal injury, death, property damage, lost profits, or other losses arising from the use, misuse, inability to use, or failure of any product.
This warranty is limited solely to the repair, replacement, or refund of the original purchase price of the defective product, at Alpine Armory's sole discretion.
Warranty Claims
To submit a warranty claim, please contact Alpine Armory and provide:
- Your order number or proof of purchase.
- A description of the issue.
- Photographs or videos of the product, if requested.
Customers may be required to return the product for inspection before a warranty determination is made.

Except as expressly provided in this Limited Warranty, Alpine Armory disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
